Secure Portal

Simplify and safeguard your personal documents with the Secure Portal. With anytime and anywhere access, you can safely share sensitive information with bank-level encryption.

  • Document signing: Electronically execute documents quickly from a desktop, laptop or mobile device
  • To Do list /Task list: A list of action items to help organize and prioritize tasks we ask from you (ex: missing documents, sign forms, etc.)
  • File sharing: Upload files from a desktop, laptop, cloud storage, or mobile device
  • Document image capture: Capture images of documents via a mobile device’s camera
  • Communications: Send specific questions directly to a member of our team
  • Reminders: Helpful automatic reminders to help you stay on track for tasks and deadlines

First time using the Secure Portal?

An invitation link is required in order to access the Secure Portal. Please email us at associate@ciampitax.com or call our office requesting access. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours with an invitation email. You will need to set up a personal account with an email and password of your choice.

Important

Write down the email address and password used to set up your account and keep in a secure place. We do not have access to that information. If you forget it, you will need to reset your account information.

You can easily log in to the Secure Portal: Via the Secure Portal icon in the Client Hub by bookmarking the portal log-in page to your favorites to easily revisit later

Download the app on your mobile device

If you wish to utilize your mobile device to scan images, upload documents and execute other functions within our secure online portal, you can easily download the Secure Portal app. Search for “Canopy Client Portal” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
